Our partners in high value logistics solution delivery
Norfolkline works closely with a number of partners to ensure that our high value logistics services is the best that it can be. These partners include:
- Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA)
- Eurowatch

TAPA EMEA
TAPA is a unique forum that unites global manufacturers, freight carriers, law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders with the common aim of reducing losses from international supply chains.
TAPA is moving quickly and effectively, promoting a worldwide security standard, launching practical initiatives and supporting law enforcement.
TAPA is also active in regulatory affairs at a national and European level, working with governments and Customs in the design and implementation of new programmes. They organise regular informative and interactive conferences that enable the increasingly diverse TAPA members to exchange ideas, experiences and best practice.
At a time of unprecedented security threats, TAPA EMEA offers Norfolkline authoritative advice and unrivalled intelligence across our markets.

Eurowatch
Eurowatch is a unique crime counter-measure. It has an excellent track record of helping police to locate and recover stolen vehicles and shipments quickly and, where possible, to arrest the perpetrators.
This record is particularly strong for crimes that cross borders, a situation where law enforcement has traditionally been weak.
Eurowatch enables drivers and owners to contact the police when a crime is committed against them, anywhere in Europe, and uniquely provides:
- 24-hour access to police across Europe
- A single telephone number to call
- All national languages spoken
- Communication with any GPS system
- Relay of tracking data to police in real-time
- Assistance in dealing with police post-incident
- Notification of incidents by SMS and Email
- Coverage in over 30 countries
The Eurowatch service works through a network of National Service Providers that have accreditation to police in each country. They use the technology of the service and its standard procedures for incidents.
A key feature of Eurowatch is a technology integrator that enables all types of GPS system to transmit positioning data into the network, which is then relayed to the police by the accredited National Service Provider in the country of incident. This allows police to view the vehicle position in real-time during the emergency response process.
Coverage extends today to Western, Central and Eastern Europe and parts of the Russian Federation.
