Norfolkline is more than a partner, specialising in Furniture Logistics. You can think of us as a provider and improver of your logistics. We operate with a pro-active, hands-on approach and strive to enhance your entire logistical process according to an agreed plan. Thereby we enable you to reduce costs and increase the flexibility and the competitiveness of your company.
We create the environment in which you can achieve more with less.
From sawmill to consumer
As a member of the A.P. Møller - Maersk Group we have the expertise and the resources to manage each and every part of your logistics process; from transporting raw wood to factories, to warehousing of flatpacked furniture into key locations throughout Europe onto delivering to clients and finally delivery to end user. But it is in the details of our service in which we truly become an asset.
Reverse logistics: returns- and rejects-management
We collect returns and rejected furniture from your clients. Upon their arrival at our warehouse,we check the goods, sort them into 4 categories - Good, To be made good, Spare parts and Scrap. Once relevant repacking is executed furniture will be placed back in stock available for sale.
To celebrate the partnership, the Logistic Division designed 10 of the new trailers in the Corporate Logo of Kingspan Panels. The Striking Lion logo and distinctive designed trailers were delivered to the client on Friday 12th January 2007 at the UK Head Quarters based in Holywell, North Wales.
